Roslyn High School - Exterior Improvements

Roslyn, Nassau County, New York

School work is unforgiving on schedule and access. The entrance has to stay usable, the site has to be safe with students around, and the calendar belongs to the district rather than the contractor. This is the kind of institutional job we are built for.

High-Rise Facade Restoration

Swing stage and full pipe scaffold work on mid- and high-rise residential buildings. Brick replacement and re-cladding, balcony and spandrel repair, with public protection held in place through months of work on an occupied building.

Historic Facade & Cornice Restoration

Pre-war brick, brownstone and metal cornice work on mixed-use and walk-up buildings. Cornices rebuilt and refinished, window hoods and lintels repaired, repointing matched to the original assembly, and sidewalk sheds held over retail that stayed open.

Institutional Envelope & Chimney Restoration

School and institutional buildings. Chimney and stack restoration under full scaffold, parapet and coping work off lifts, spandrel panel replacement and window perimeter repairs, all scheduled around occupancy.
